This kids' wetsuit from Prolimit keeps your little kitesurfer warm during cold winter sessions, so the fun on the water can simply keep going.
The Grommet is made from 5/3mm neoprene, with 5mm on the torso for maximum warmth around the core temperature and 3mm on the arms and legs for plenty of freedom of movement. This allows your child to keep moving without restriction while kitesurfing or surfing, while the body stays nice and warm. Ideal for sessions in spring, autumn, or even winter.
The neoprene used is Airflex 350+ limestone neoprene. This type of neoprene is considerably more environmentally friendly than standard neoprene and also has excellent stretch properties. The material feels soft on the skin and ensures the wetsuit never gets in the way during kitesurfing. On the inside there is a warm lining that retains body heat and allows your grom to warm up quickly after a crash.
A great feature of the Prolimit Grommet is the YKK front zip. Thanks to this zip at the front, your child can easily put the wetsuit on and take it off independently. In addition, a front zip lets in considerably less water than a back zip. The seams of this wetsuit are triple glued and blind stitched (GBS), meaning hardly any water can penetrate the wetsuit. At the ankles there are easy entry leg cuffs, making getting into the wetsuit a piece of cake.
